Main features
• Complete AISI304 stainless steel structure
• Advancement of the container located vertically supported on a band in the direction of its length
• Adjustable work speed from 50 to 400 containers/hour
• Indicated for washing/rinsing/disinfecting all different types of containers
Operational phases/installed devices:
• Manual addition of dirty containers
• Container washing with 4+4 bars with 4 nozzles each.
• Mechanical brushing of the container on both sides, located after the first spray bar for deep cleaning of the container
• Monobloc centrifugal electric pump with 5.5KW stainless steel body and rotor
• 300 lt washing water tank with mechanical filtration
• Folding gate for inspection
• Disinfection system with external deposit for the product
• Manual unloading of clean containers
Optional:
1. Heating water with electrical resistance.
2. Unstacking and feeding module at 90° for dirty containers.
3. Fan for drying containers.
4. 90° stacking module for washed containers. The hopper is emptied using a conveyor belt that, with its level probes (optional), controls the start and stop of the machine.
There are several coupling and accessory options that make it very versatile for all types of jobs.
