1st Module: Destacker and Filling
• Polystyrene tray destacker or flexible tray (Japanese) with delivery platform up to 1200 trays/hour.
• Substrate filler with belt feed and bucket lift with double speed regulator.
(Capacity of 650 Ltrs.)

2nd Module: Punching and sowing
• Sowing substrate recovery drawer so that any seeds that may have fallen do not go into the filler.
• Drag bar sowing module.
• Electronic seeding drum with adjustment from one to several seeds per socket.
– Seed hopper and removable double recoverer for better seed change.
– Doubles eliminator with six rows of blowing in two sizes to facilitate the elimination of doubles of all types of seeds.
– Vibrator for perfect seed distribution.
– Seed comb for double removal.

• Stainless steel control panel with touch screen.
• High performance vacuum pump 100 m3/h.

3rd Module: Vermiculite and irrigation
• Vermiculite dosing hopper with variable speed roller (180 Ltrs.)
• Irrigation system through anti-drip lines.
• Drag on 80 mm wide belt for all types of trays.

Optional:
• Vermiculite and irrigation module with independent conveyor belts and second irrigation.
• Tray stacker.
• Tape stacker transfer.
