1st Module: Filling
- The filler allows all the tray cells to be filled evenly.
- Optional: Destacker and substrate recoverer.
2nd Module: Punching and sowing
- Punching with plate and automatic drum sowing, allows one or more seeds to be deposited per alveolus.
3rd Module: Vermiculite and irrigation
- Vermiculite cover by vibration and micro-spray irrigation.
- Electronic seeding drum with adjustment from one to several seeds per socket.
- Seed hopper and removable double recoverer for better seed change.
- Doubles eliminator with six rows of blowing in two sizes to facilitate the elimination of doubles of all types of seeds.
- Vibrator for perfect seed distribution.
- Seed comb for double removal.
- Stainless steel dashboard with touch screen.
- High performance vacuum pump 100 m3/h.
