Reusing and recycling plastic is a necessity and an obligation, global awareness of this problem reaches each of the daily gestures and uses in which this material is used. Consequently, Arnabat Agrícola uses exclusively recycled plastic in the manufacturing process of thermoformed trays also known as seedbeds.
Arnabat Agrícola manufactures two types of trays:
– Thermoformed trays (single-use trays), made with 100% recycled plastic.
– Polypropylene trays for forestry use, made with 100% recycled plastic, durability of the trays approximately 10 years.
Advantages of using trays:
– They provide great production capacity.
– They promote good root development and plant drainage.
To be a sustainable producer it is necessary to comply with the three rules of recycling, “reduction, reuse and recycling”, but now society is taking another step by promoting the circular economy in everyone sectors to decarbonize the industry, reduce resource consumption and be more eco-efficient.
